* Member : Member of EUBS, SPUMS, UHMS and SUHMS (Membership status will be checked)
** Student : A copy of your student card or letter from your educational facility detailing your field of study and expected completion date. Students should be enrolled at the time of registration and during the Event. Students who graduate in 2026 ahead of the Event will be accepted.
*** Nurse & Technician : A letter from your Head of Department confirming your role as a nurse or technician and that you are employed on a fulltime basis. The letter must be submitted on a business letterhead, signed by your Head of Department and include a company stamp.
